Project Description:
Marginalised migrant youth often face various social problems, including poverty, social exclusion, and limited access to education and training opportunities. Discrimination and lack of social integration can contribute to these challenges. In particular most of the time they are not in the condition to be aware and to show what they really are and what they would like to do in terms of knowledge, talents, competences. The narrative Orientation approach aims to provide tools and skills for self-orientation, to better understand ourselves and what happens to us, what we want and what our life is about.
Activity 1: Narrative-orientation Career Guidance Portfolio: This portfolio aims to help young people identify their competencies, set up their goals and explore their career pathways through narrative orientation.
